While ScoutIQ offers wholesale integrations with select partners, ThriftBooks does not currently allow third-party access to their API. Translation: we can’t build a native integration.
But good news—you can still access ThriftBooks quickly while scouting by adding it as a Custom Link. It’s a simple setup, and once it’s in place, ThriftBooks is just a tap away.
Let’s walk through it.
Step 1: Navigate to Settings
First, head to the Settings tab in the app.

Step 2: Scroll to the Custom Link Section
Scroll down until you find the Custom Link section.

Step 3: Select “Custom” from the Dropdown
From the dropdown menu, select Custom.

Step 4: Enter the ThriftBooks URL
Now for the magic part. Enter the appropriate link below:

Step 5: Access ThriftBooks from the Scout Screen
Once saved, ThriftBooks will be available via the Custom Link icon along the bottom of the Scout Screen.

Just tap the link, and ThriftBooks will open in your browser with the ISBN already searched.
