Most Threecolts products are managed in Threecolts Hub, including the Seller 365 bundles and standalones such as InventoryLab, Tactical Arbitrage, and UniCon. This article shows you how to manage those subscriptions.
Note: Have a FeedbackWhiz subscription without Seller 365? That will still be managed in Threecolts Manager. See Subscription Management: Apps Available With or Without Seller 365 instead.
How to Start a New Subscription
Log in to Threecolts Hub. Then open the Discover tab, click Get Started under a bundle or Try under a standalone product, and follow the steps to pick your plan.
How to Find Your Subscriptions
Open the Subscriptions page in Threecolts Hub. Each subscription has its own card with everything you need to manage it: Change plan, Manage, and on most cards, Cancel subscription and Update payment method buttons. If the buttons are missing from the card, the same options will be available under Manage.
Note: If you don't see a card for a subscription you know you have on this organization, it is most likely still managed on Threecolts Manager. See our Manager help articles for additional information.
How to Change Your Plan
On the Subscriptions page, click Change plan on the subscription's card.
Choose Monthly or Yearly at the top if you want to switch.
The plan you have now is marked Current plan. Click Switch Plan under the plan you want, then follow the prompts to confirm.
Note: Upgrades (including switching from monthly to yearly) go through immediately. Prorated credit for the unused remainder of the current billing period will be deducted from the new bill. Downgrades (including switching from yearly to monthly) are scheduled for the end of the current billing period.
How to Manage Seats
Some products, such as ScoutIQ, charge for extra users by seat. The Seats line on the subscription card shows how many seats you're using (for example, "1 out of 1 LivePro"). You need an open seat of the right type before you can invite a user to that product.
To add or remove seats from your plan:
On the Subscriptions page, click Change plan on the subscription's card.
Choose Monthly or Yearly at the top. The plan you have now is marked Current plan.
Click Manage Plan under your current plan.
Update the number of seats and click Update subscription.
Note: If you lower your seat count, remove the extra users or switch them to another seat type before your next billing month. Otherwise, you'll still be charged for the extra active seats.
How to Rename a Subscription
On the Subscriptions page, click Manage on the subscription card, then select Update account name.
How to Add a Payment Method
To add a new card, open the Payment & Invoice tab and click Manage Payment Methods.
Then click Add payment method > Add credit card.
Fill in your card details and click Continue.
Finally, enter your billing address and click Continue again to finish adding your payment method.
How to Switch Your Payment Method
On the Subscriptions page, click Update payment method on the subscription card. (If there is no Update payment method button, click Manage > Update payment method instead.)

Choose a card from the dropdown, then click Update.
How to Cancel a Subscription
Click Cancel subscription on the subscription card, then follow the prompts to confirm. (If you don't see Cancel subscription, click Manage instead, then Cancel subscription.)

Your subscription won't end right away. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period or free trial. The card will show when your access ends.
How to Resume a Canceled Subscription
Before your access ends: On the Subscriptions page, click Resume subscription now on the canceled subscription's card. That's it!
After your access has ended: Contact Support by sending us an email or clicking the chat button (the Threecolts logo) in the lower right.
If it's been less than about a month, Support can usually restore your account and data. After that, your data will most likely have been deleted, and you'll need to set things up again.
How to Add Users
Open the Users page and click Invite new user. For step-by-step instructions, see How to Add / Invite Users via Threecolts Hub.
