FeedbackWhiz products (Emails, Alerts, and Profits) and ScoutIQ are available as part of Seller 365 or individually. This offers a lot of flexibility, but also results in a lot of different ways to sign up and manage your subscription.
We’ll aim to cover every possible scenario for accounts that do not have Seller 365 in this article. Use the Table of Contents on the right to jump to the help you need.
How to Create a FeedbackWhiz or ScoutIQ Account Without Seller 365
If You Don’t Have a Threecolts Account
You can sign up for FeedbackWhiz here or ScoutIQ here. This will start a free trial of that product only. (For FeedbackWhiz, this includes access to the core features of all three tools: Emails, Alerts, and Profits.)
To complete the signup process, you’ll need to enter your email address, or link it using “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple.”
Once you register, you’ll be asked to complete a quick survey. If you don’t want to fill it out now, though, you can simply click Skip at the bottom.
Finishing Registration for FeedbackWhiz
If you’ve just signed up for FeedbackWhiz, you’ll arrive on the Amazon Marketplace screen. Your free trial has begun! Follow FeedbackWhiz’s instructions in Adding an Amazon Marketplace to get started.
Make sure you check your inbox for a confirmation email from Threecolts. You’ll need to confirm your email address before you can fully manage your account.
Finishing Registration for ScoutIQ
If you just signed up for ScoutIQ, you’ll arrive in your ScoutIQ account with the popover shown below. You’ll just need to enter your payment information before continuing.
You can also choose your plan now. To do so, click Change Plan.
Use the Choose This Plan button if you want to switch between Live and LivePro. You can also choose Billed monthly or Billed yearly in the upper right to change your payment schedule. When finished, click Done.
Once you’re happy with the plan you’ve chosen and have entered your payment info, click Try for free. Your free trial will begin right away.
A temporary one-dollar transaction will go through now to verify your payment method. Don't worry—this will be refunded shortly. You won’t be charged for your ScoutIQ account until the end of your free trial.
That’s it—you’re in! You’ll arrive on the ScoutIQ welcome screen, where the first step is to connect your Amazon account. If you have any trouble integrating, see ScoutIQ’s guide, Connecting ScoutIQ to Amazon.
Be sure to check your inbox for a confirmation email from Threecolts. You’ll need to confirm your email address to manage all aspects of your account.
If You Already Have a Threecolts Account
If you already use Threecolts, you will need to first log in to Threecolts Hub, then visit the Threecolts Manager Products page. (Manager is the old version of Hub, and still used for managing subscriptions that aren't part of Seller 365).
You’ll see your current subscriptions under Active Products at the top of the screen. Scroll down to the Discover More Products area and click Try under ScoutIQ or any FeedbackWhiz product.
On the next screen, click Create a new account.
You will then arrive on the screen where you can select your plan. Keep reading for the instructions for FeedbackWhiz, or jump down to Creating a ScoutIQ Account in Threecolts Manager.
Creating a FeedbackWhiz Account in Threecolts Manager
Regardless of the FeedbackWhiz product you clicked Try under, you’ll have a yearly plan of FeedbackWhiz Emails Professional pre-selected.
You can use the options under Choose a payment schedule to switch from Yearly to Monthly. This choice affects all FeedbackWhiz products you’re signing up for on this subscription.
Note: You can change your payment schedule in other places where it may appear to only affect one FeedbackWhiz product. Even so, it always affects all three.
If you don’t want FeedbackWhiz Emails, click Remove under FeedbackWhiz Email.
To add FeedbackWhiz Alerts and/or Profits, click Add Product next to either one. (Note that FeedbackWhiz Profits is listed as FeedbackWhiz Profit Analytics.)
To change your plan for any product, click Compare Plan on the right.
You’ll then see your plan options.
Select the new plan you’d like to use, then click Confirm at the bottom of the form.
Just note that you cannot change your plan for FeedbackWhiz Profits. Profits starts at the lowest-cost plan and automatically adjusts to the correct plan based on your monthly order volume.
Note: If you don't want to deal with price fluctuations, get a Seller 365 account instead! You'll get all three FeedbackWhiz products and seven other ecommerce tools for a low, predictable amount.
Once you’re happy with your product and plan choices, review the cost and payment details in the summaries on the right. You do not have to enter a payment method to start your free trial of FeedbackWhiz—you can leave this field blank if you want. Check the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" box in the lower right and click Confirm Purchase.
Your free trial has begun! You’ll arrive on a screen that says “Transaction Complete.” Click Launch.
This will take you to the Amazon Marketplace screen in FeedbackWhiz. Follow FeedbackWhiz’s instructions in Adding an Amazon Marketplace to get started.
Creating a ScoutIQ Account in Threecolts Manager
After hitting Create a New Account in Threecolts Manager, you’ll arrive on the checkout screen with LivePro Yearly selected. If desired, you can click the plan tiles to switch between plans and the Monthly and Yearly tabs to switch payment schedules.
Note: If you are an Organization Admin but not the owner of your Threecolts organization, you will not be able to switch from LivePro to Live. This is because you are logged in as a secondary user, and only LivePro allows more than one user. If the owner creates an account, they will have the option to choose Live with no extra users.
If you stay on the LivePro plan, you will also have the option to add seats for Basic or Pro users. Note that additional seats are always billed monthly, even if you have an annual plan.
You can adjust the number of users by scrolling to the bottom of the screen and clicking the arrows under Basic Seats or Pro Seats. You can also highlight the number in either field and enter the number of seats you want.
Note: If you are not the account owner, there will be one extra Pro seat that you cannot remove. That ensures there is one seat for you and another for the account owner. Keep in mind that if the number shown is 1, it means you have 2 Pro seats.
In the screenshot below, this user has added two additional Pro seats and one Basic seat. This means they will have four seats total: their default Pro seat, two additional Pro, and one Basic.
You’ll need to provide a payment method to finish checkout. Once you’re happy with your payment schedule, plan, and number of users, check if your preferred payment method has been entered.
You can provide a new method or switch to a different card by clicking on the current card, then choosing your preferred option from the dropdown.
If you need to add a card, just click Select a Payment Method and choose + Add Payment Method. Don’t worry—the interface for adding a card will open in a popover, and you can safely enter your info without losing your progress.
Enter your payment information and click Save to return to checkout.
Once everything is set, check the Terms & Conditions box and click Confirm Purchase.
Your free trial has begun! You’ll arrive on a screen that says “Transaction Complete.” Click Launch.

How to Choose or Change Your ScoutIQ or FeedbackWhiz Plan
Whether you’re on a paid account or a free trial, here’s the fastest way to change your plan:
Click Manage Subscriptions on the left.
You’ll see your current subscription(s) here. Click Change plan & seats under your current ScoutIQ or FeedbackWhiz plan.
You’ll arrive on the Account Edit screen in Threecolts Manager. Here, you can manage all aspects of your subscription(s).
Note: If ScoutIQ and/or FeedbackWhiz cost you more than $79 monthly or $898 yearly, consider upgrading to Seller 365. You’ll almost certainly save money. You’ll also get so many more ecommerce tools at the same time!
Changing Between Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions
In the upper left, you’ll see a Choose a payment schedule area with two options: Monthly and Yearly (Save 20%). Click on whichever option you prefer.
All prices on the screen will change to match, and you will see details on when and how much you will be billed on the right.
With FeedbackWhiz, you can also change your payment schedule by clicking Compare Plan next to any product.
Choose Monthly or Yearly in the popover that appears.
Be sure to scroll to the bottom and click Confirm to make sure your choice goes through.
Please note that changing from monthly to yearly or vice-versa affects all products on this FeedbackWhiz account. You cannot, for example, have FW Emails on a monthly plan and FW Alerts on a yearly plan at the same time. Changing the payment schedule for any of the three products always changes it for all three at once.
If you're ready to finalize your changes to your ScoutIQ or FeedbackWhiz plan, check the Terms & Conditions box. Then click Update Purchase to confirm.
Otherwise, keep reading for info on changing FeedbackWhiz plans, or skip down to Changing your ScoutIQ Plan.
Changing Your FeedbackWhiz Emails Plan
In Threecolts Manager, FeedbackWhiz Emails is listed as FeedbackWhiz Email. You can change your plan by clicking Compare Plan on the right.
This will open a popover with all available plans and prices. You may have to scroll through it to find the plan you want. Once you do, select it, then scroll all the way to the bottom and click Confirm.
Your updated plan will appear in the summary on the right. There you can review your decisions, costs, payment method, and payment dates before finalizing your changes.
Check the Terms & Conditions box and click Update Purchase to confirm.
Changing Your FeedbackWhiz Alerts Plan
To change your FeedbackWhiz Alerts plan, you don’t even have to click Compare Plan. Just click and hold the slider and drag it to the left for a lower-cost, lower-ASIN plan, or to the right to add more ASINs. The amounts in the summary on the right will change accordingly.
If you find it’s too hard to get the slider exactly where you want it, click Compare Plan. The slider on the popover that appears is larger and less sensitive, making it easier to adjust. Click Confirm at the bottom of the popover once you have the number of ASINs you want.
Finally, however you updated your plan, check the Terms & Conditions box in the lower right. Then click Update Purchase to confirm.
Changing Your FeedbackWhiz Profits Plan
In Threecolts Manager, FeedbackWhiz Profits appears under its old name, FeedbackWhiz Profit Analytics.
It is not possible to change your FeedbackWhiz Profits plan manually. If you click Compare Plan, you’ll see an in-depth explanation of how your plan is automatically adjusted. You’ll also be able to view each plan’s pricing to predict your future costs.
Changing Your ScoutIQ Plan
If you aren't already on the ScoutIQ Account Edit screen from following the instructions above, go there now. You will see the Live and LivePro tiles shown below when you arrive. If you're the account owner, simply click on the plan you prefer.
If you are not the account owner, the Live plan may be greyed out and unclickable. This means you are logged in as a secondary user and switching to Live (which only allows one user) would kick you off the account.
The account owner always has the option to switch to Live. Just note that this will remove all other users from the account.
Once you've changed your plan, check the Terms & Conditions box in the lower right. Then click Update Purchase to confirm.
How to Add or Change Your Payment Method for FeedbackWhiz or ScoutIQ
If you need to provide or change your payment method for an existing FeedbackWhiz or ScoutIQ account, log in to Threecolts Hub. Then open Threecolts Manager.
Open the Billing tab. Select Accounts if you want to assign an existing payment method to an account, or Payment Methods if you need to add a card.
Adding a Payment Method
On the Payment Methods screen, click + Payment Method in the upper-right corner.
Enter your card on the next screen. Be sure to click Save when finished.
Changing Your Payment Method
On the Accounts screen, click on the name of the account you want to manage. It will be written in blue-purple text.
On the next screen, you’ll see your currently selected payment method under Plan Details. Click Edit Payment Method.
Click the dropdown menu that appears and select your new payment method from the list. Then, click the checkmark. (You can also click Add Payment Method if your card isn’t listed here.)
How to Cancel a FeedbackWhiz or ScoutIQ Account Without Seller 365
Below is the quickest process to cancel a ScoutIQ account. It's also the easiest way to fully cancel all three FeedbackWhiz products at once. (See How to Remove One or Two FeedbackWhiz Products from Your Subscription if that's all you want to cancel.)
Please be aware that canceling an account entirely will result in all your settings and data being lost. We only recommend taking this course of action if you do not plan to use that product again in the future.
Note: Your account will not be canceled immediately. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your payment period or free trial.
Open the Threecolts Hub Manage Subscriptions page. Click Cancel Subscriptions, then hit Cancel Subscription to the far right of the account you want to cancel.
A popover will appear with details of your account and how cancelation works. Click Cancel Subscription in the lower right.
Finally, select or enter your reason for canceling. Then hit Cancel Subscription in the lower right one more time.
The Price will change to $0 and the available Actions will change to Resume Subscription. This confirms your account has been canceled successfully.
How to Remove One or Two FeedbackWhiz Products from Your Subscription
Log in to Threecolts Hub, then open Threecolts Manager's Accounts page. Click on the name of your FeedbackWhiz account.
This will bring you to the Account Summary screen. Click Edit Plan.
Click Remove under any FeedbackWhiz product you’d like to remove on the Edit Plan page.
Then, check the Terms & Conditions box in the lower right and click Update Purchase.
How to Resume a Canceled FeedbackWhiz or ScoutIQ Account
If you’ve canceled FeedbackWhiz or ScoutIQ, you can undo that decision anytime before the end of your trial or payment period. This will save you from losing your settings and data.
Just note that you must have a payment method selected for your account before you can resume your subscription. This is true even if you are resuming a free trial of FeedbackWhiz. See How to Add or Change Your Payment Method for FeedbackWhiz or ScoutIQ above for instructions.
If your FeedbackWhiz account has a payment method attached, here’s how you can resume your canceled account:
Find your account with the pending cancelation. (It will have a purple cancelation warning on the right.) Click on its name.
Hit Resume Subscription at the top of the screen.
You may need to wait for a couple minutes and/or refresh your screen. Once the cancelation warning at the top of the page is gone, you’ll know your subscription has resumed.
How to Add Users to ScoutIQ or FeedbackWhiz When You Don’t Have Seller 365
If you don’t have Seller 365, you can add an unlimited number of users to your FeedbackWhiz account at no extra cost. Skip down to How to Invite a New User... or How to Add or Remove an Existing User... if you're adding FeedbackWhiz users.
If you're adding users to ScoutIQ, it's a bit more complicated. You'll have to manage your seats first.
Note: Seller 365 users must have the Teams plan or better to invite users. To invite a new user to a Seller 365 account, go to the Users tab of Threecolts Hub rather than following the instructions below.
How to Manage ScoutIQ Seats
Log in to Threecolts Hub if you have not already done so. Then go to Billing > Accounts in Threecolts Manager. Click on the name of your ScoutIQ account.
This will take you to the Account Summary screen. There you'll see how many unused Basic and Pro seats you have, if any.
If you have purchased any extra Basic or Pro seats, you'll see a BASIC SEATS and/or PRO SEATS tile.
If you've used up all the extra seats you have in a category, you'll see red warning text stating 0 seats available.
If you have open seats remaining, you'll see black text and the number of seats remaining instead.
If you have an open seat for a user you want to add, jump down to How to Invite a New User... or How to Add or Remove an Existing User....
If you want to remove an active seat, first, follow the instructions under How to Add or Remove an Existing Threecolts User for FeedbackWhiz or ScoutIQ. Remove the unwanted user from your ScoutIQ account. Then you can remove the empty seat as explained below.
If you need to add seats or remove empty seats, keep reading.
How to Add or Remove ScoutIQ Seats
Now that you've reached the Account Summary screen, click Edit Plan.
Make sure that your plan is LivePro if you want more than one user. You will not be able to add seats if you have the Live plan selected.
Under Additional Seats at the bottom of the screen, use the arrows to increase or decrease the number of Basic and/or Pro seats. You can also highlight the number of seats and enter the new number you want.
When you're ready to finalize your changes, check the Terms & Conditions box and click Update Purchase to confirm.
You can now fill in any new seats by inviting new users (below) or adding users from your Threecolts organization.
How to Invite a New User to Threecolts & FeedbackWhiz or ScoutIQ
If you haven't already, log in to Threecolts Hub and then open Threecolts Manager. Go to Users > Invite User.
On the next screen:
Enter the email address of the user you’d like to invite in the Email field.
Select Organization Admin if you want the user to be able to manage your Threecolts subscriptions and the rest of your team. If you only want them to be able to work inside your Threecolts apps, select Regular User. This setting will not affect their in-app permissions.
Click inside the Applications field. Select FeedbackWhiz, ScoutIQ, and/or any other products you would like them to have access to. A checkmark will appear next to each app you click on.
Click Invite.
Threecolts will send an invitation email to the user you’ve just added, and you’ll see the confirmation message shown below. Click Okay to close it.
You’ll be returned to the Users screen. Your new user will appear as Pending Invitation here until they’ve accepted.
Note: There are no in-app roles for FeedbackWhiz users. New users will have access to all areas and options in your FeedbackWhiz account.
Joining Threecolts as an Invited User
If somebody invites you to join their Threecolts organization, check your inbox. You should get an email with a subject line starting with "Invitation to join Threecolts." Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received it after a few minutes.
When you get the email, open it and click Accept Your Invite.
Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your email address to Threecolts. Once you finish registering, you'll be taken to your Threecolts Hub home screen. You can simply click on any app shown here (including FeedbackWhiz or ScoutIQ) to log in.
How to Add or Remove an Existing Threecolts User for FeedbackWhiz or ScoutIQ
Log in to Threecolts Hub as either the account owner or an Organization Admin with access to the product in question.
Next, open the Threecolts Manager Users page. Click on the user’s user name.
Click Edit Access in the upper right.
Check the boxes next to any products you would like to add the user to. If you want to remove their access to any product, simply uncheck that product's box. Then click Apply user to x accounts.
How to Upgrade from FeedbackWhiz or ScoutIQ to Seller 365
Log in to Threecolts Hub. Then click Get started with Seller 365 on the dashboard.
In most cases, you’ll see the page shown below. Click I am interested - continue at the bottom of the screen.
Note: If you see an option to reach out to a migration specialist, it’s because you have a particularly complex Threecolts account. You’ll need to accept the offer for the migration specialist and wait for assistance rather than following the steps below.
The next screen will ask you to confirm if you are upgrading the correct Threecolts account. If this is the one you wanted to upgrade, click Yes this is the correct Threecolts account - Continue in the bottom right.
The next screen will ask you to choose your Seller 365 plan. Be sure to also choose between monthly and yearly plans using the switcher near the top of the screen.
For help choosing your plan, see Seller 365 plans & features.
Note that some plans and/or the Monthly option may be greyed out if they aren’t compatible with your account. For example, you won't have the option to choose the basic Seller 365 plan if you have more than one user in your Threecolts organization. You must choose Seller 365 Teams or Pro to support multiple users.
Once you've made a decision, click Select under the plan you’d like to use.
If you already have a payment method set up for your account, you’ll be able to finish your upgrade right away. Otherwise, you’ll need to add your payment method now as the final step of setup.
Once you have finished upgrading, you’ll be able to access FeedbackWhiz, ScoutIQ, and the rest of your Seller 365 tools from Threecolts Hub.
