The Accept List in ScoutIQ is a useful way to export the items triggered as an Accept by your Smart Triggers.
β
You can find the Accept List in the Home tab of the ScoutIQ 2 app and the Analytics tab of the ScoutIQ app.
β
From there, you can view your accepted scans, download them as a CSV file, and prepare that file for use in InventoryLab or another listing workflow.
β
If you are using ScoutIQ 2 as well, you may also want to explore the Buy List, which is designed for the items you actually choose to purchase and allows you to record key details while sourcing.

Preparing Your File for Import
Before you upload your file into InventoryLab or Amazon Seller Central, take a few quick steps.
β
1. Adjust Quantities
Each scan defaults to a quantity of 1.
If you bought multiples, update the total and delete duplicate rows.
Quick tip: In Google Sheets or Excel, use the Data Cleanup tool to remove duplicates fast.
β
2. Add Buy Costs
Until the next update (which will sync your in-app Buy Cost automatically), enter your cost per item manually.
If you have standard prices (like $1 per book), enter once and drag down to fill.
β
3. Add Supplier Info (Optional but Recommended)
This column lets you track profitability by store or source.
Since your list is ordered by scan time, items from the same store are already grouped together β type the name once and drag down to fill.
β
4. Add Product Conditions (Required)
Before importing, you must set a condition for each item to meet Amazonβs guidelines.
Condition must be entered in the exact format used here to be compatible with InventoryLab.

π‘ Pro Tip: Many sellers default to βUsed β Very Good,β fill that down the column, and only edit the few that differ.
Accept List vs. ScoutIQ 2 Buy List
The Accept List is best for reviewing and exporting the items your triggers marked as Accept.
β
The ScoutIQ 2 Buy List is best when you want to track the items you actually purchased and record important listing details at the time of sourcing.
With the Buy List, you can enter details such as cost, quantity, source/supplier and condition in the Add to Buy List Workflow at the time of purchase, which will mean less cleanup later when preparing your list for InventoryLab.
