Account Deletion

WARNING!

Deleting your account will remove all access and data associated with your account. Once the deletion is final, it cannot be recovered.

Only organization owners can delete an account. Accounts managed in Threecolts Hub (such as Seller 365) can only be deleted if they have been cancelled.

How to Delete an Account from Threecolts Hub

To delete your account, please log in to Threecolts Hub and go to Subscriptions. Find the cancelled account and click Delete subscription.

You will see a warning message. If you're sure you want to permanently delete the account, enter the code provided and then click Next.

How to Delete an Account from Threecolts Manager

If you are unable to delete your account in Threecolts Hub, it may be done from Threecolts Manager instead.

Choose the account that you'd like to delete, then click Settings.

Follow the prompts to permanently delete your account.

What to Do If a Cancelled Account Cannot Be Deleted from Hub or Manager

When this happens, first, confirm that you are logged in as the account owner. Remember that it is not possible to delete an account as any other user, even an admin.

If you still cannot delete the account from Hub or Manager, it means that your account is still fully managed from the product's website. Check that product's help articles or contact support through their website for further assistance.
