We've introduced new usage limits for AI Operator, along with two optional paid plans for customers who need more.
This FAQ explains how the new limits work, what happens when you reach them, and how AI Operator Grow and Scale plans can give you more usage when you need it.
How do the new usage limits work?
AI Operator usage is measured across 5-hour, weekly, and monthly periods. Each limit has its own reset date and time, which you can view in Settings.
How many prompts can I use with the limits?
There isn’t one exact prompt count. Different AI Operator tasks can use different amounts of your included usage, so the number of prompts will vary depending on what you ask it to do.
What happens when I reach my usage limit?
When you reach a usage limit, you won't be able to use AI Operator until that limit resets. You can check your 5-hour, weekly, and monthly usage limits and their reset times in Settings.
If you need more than what’s included in your Threecolts subscription, you can upgrade to AI Operator Grow for 4x more usage or AI Operator Scale for 10x more.
What are the new paid plans for AIO?
AI Operator Grow and AI Operator Scale are optional plans for customers who need more AI Operator usage than what’s included with their current access.
Do I need to upgrade to keep using AI Operator?
No. You can continue using the AI Operator usage already included with your access.
