Tactical Arbitrage

Find and evaluate profitable products

Use AI Operator to move from product discovery to a ready-to-review lead list. Send each prompt separately and wait for AI Operator to finish the current step before continuing.

1. Find products with Quick Picks

Prompt

“Find me 100 profitable grocery products from Walmart to sell on Amazon using Quick Picks.”

You can replace Walmart and grocery with any retailer or category you want to explore.

What to expect

AI Operator should run a Quick Picks search using your criteria and return the product opportunities it finds. There's a default set of filters, but you can ask for more specifics like 50% ROI, max 10 sellers, Amazon not on the listing, and more.

2. Check your selling restrictions

Prompt

“Check if I’m ungated in these products.”

What to expect

AI Operator will send the products through the Restriction Checker to determine which ones you’re eligible to sell.

This step may take a few minutes, so wait for the restriction check to finish before moving on.

3. Return your ungated products

Prompt

“Check the status and return all the ungated products.”

What to expect

AI Operator should check the Restriction Checker status and return the products your account is eligible to sell.

4. Analyze the competition

Prompt

“Check the competition for these ungated products using Tactical Edge and give me a buy or not to buy summary with seller count, stock count, dominant seller risk, Amazon presence, and price stability.”

What to expect

AI Operator should analyze your remaining products with Tactical Edge and summarize the competitive signals for each opportunity, including:

  • Seller count

  • Stock count

  • Dominant seller risk

  • Amazon presence

  • Price stability

  • A buy or not-to-buy recommendation

5. Create your lead list

Prompt

“Create a lead list doc of the ‘buy’ products for me and tell me what to verify before making a purchase decision.”

What to expect

AI Operator should create a lead list containing the strongest opportunities from your analysis and tell you what you should verify before purchasing inventory.

Pro tip: The lead list is your starting point for final seller verification. You can continue asking AI Operator follow-up questions about individual products before deciding what to buy.

InventoryLab

Create and Ship an FBA Batch

Use AI Operator to move an InventoryLab batch from creation through shipping. Send each prompt separately and wait for AI Operator to finish the current step before continuing. You’ll need to confirm a few actions along the way.

1. Create your batch

Prompt

“Create an FBA SPD batch with these items: [ASIN] [Qty] [COGS] [Supplier] [Price]. Give me my FNSKU labels.”

What to expect

AI Operator should create the batch using your InventoryLab defaults unless you specify different settings, add the items you provided, and return the FNSKU labels.

If you already have a buy list:

“Import this buy list into a new FBA SPD batch. Give me my FNSKU labels.”

Pro tip: You can also specify a batch name, box contents type, min/max preferences, shipping address, expiration dates, or other batch settings.

2. Move to Box It

Prompt

“Move to Box It. This is my box info: [FNSKU] [QTY] [BOX DIMENSION] [BOX WEIGHT] [NUMBER OF BOXES].”

What to expect

AI Operator should move the batch into Box It and use the box information you provide to prepare the shipment.

Pro tip: You can ask AIO to split inventory into equal boxes. If you provide box dimensions, it can work within those boxes and estimate weight from product unit weight.

3. Get placement options

Prompt

“Go to Ship It and provide the Amazon placement options.”

What to expect

AI Operator should request Amazon’s available placement options and shipment costs.

There may be a waiting period while Amazon generates them. When that happens:

“Check status.” AIO should check again and return the available placement and shipping costs once Amazon finishes processing them.

4. Choose the option

Prompt

“Let’s choose the cheapest option.”

What to expect

AI Operator should select the lowest-cost placement option and move the shipment forward for your confirmation.

5. Purchase shipping

Prompt

“Purchase shipping.”

What to expect

AI Operator should purchase shipping for the option you approved.

6. Get your shipment labels

Prompt

“Give me the box labels and shipping labels.”

What to expect

AI Operator should return the labels you need to finish the shipment.

Pro tip: AIO can also provide FNSKU labels, 2D barcodes, pallet labels, and your Bill of Lading when applicable.
