The right UniCon tier mainly depends on two numbers:
The number of active listings you need UniCon to keep synchronized
The number of multichannel orders UniCon will process each month
Start with your Seller 365 bundle
Seller 365 Reseller: Choose this route if sourcing and reselling are your primary workflows. UniCon is available as a paid add-on for Seller 365 Reseller. Your limits depend on your Reseller plan:
Seller 365 Reseller plan | UniCon add-on price | Active listings synced | Multichannel orders per month |
Standard | $49/month | Up to 500 | Up to 500 |
Teams | $89/month | Up to 1,000 | Up to 1,000 |
Pro | $449/month | Up to 5,000 | Up to 5,000 |
All three add-on tiers support the same eight marketplace connections and include UniCon’s central catalog, real-time inventory synchronization, smart order routing, and AI-powered attribute mapping.
Choose your tier based on whichever is higher: your active listing count or your expected monthly multichannel order volume.
Seller 365 Brands: Choose this route if you own or operate a brand and need multichannel listing management as a core capability. UniCon is included as a core tool with Seller 365 Brands. Each Brands tier includes a different UniCon capacity
Seller 365 Brands tier | Active listings synced | Multichannel orders per month |
Brands 1K | Up to 1,000 | Up to 1,000 |
Brands 5K | Up to 5,000 | Up to 5,000 |
Brands 10K | Up to 10,000 | Up to 10,000 |
All Brands tiers support the same eight marketplace connections. Moving to a higher tier increases your UniCon capacity and the usage limits for other tools included in Seller 365 Brands.
When do I need an Enterprise plan?
Contact the Threecolts team about an Enterprise plan if you:
Expect to process more than 10,000 multichannel orders per month
Need to synchronize more listings than the available plans support
Manage several brands or marketplace accounts
Have complex order-routing or fulfillment requirements
Need negotiated user access or subscription terms
Require dedicated onboarding and support
Enterprise plans are tailored to your catalog size, order volume, marketplace footprint, and operational requirements.
Factors to compare
Catalog size: How many products or listings will UniCon manage?
Marketplace footprint: How many source stores, destination channels, or marketplace accounts do you need?
Order volume: How many orders will flow through UniCon each month?
Team access: How many people need to manage listings and orders?
Support needs: Do you need standard guidance, faster support, or dedicated onboarding?
Growth plans: Are you testing one new channel or building a larger multichannel operation?
How to choose the right tier
Count the active listings you want UniCon to keep synchronized across your connected marketplaces.
Estimate the number of multichannel orders you expect during your busiest month.
Compare both numbers and use the higher one to determine your minimum tier.
Allow room for near-term growth so you do not outgrow your plan immediately.
For example, if you manage 700 active listings but expect only 350 multichannel orders per month, you need a tier that supports at least 700 listings. That would be the Teams UniCon add-on for a Seller 365 Reseller customer or the Brands 1K plan for a Seller 365 Brands customer.
Review the current Seller 365 pricing page for the latest limits and pricing before subscribing. If your expected usage is close to a plan limit, choose the next tier or ask the Threecolts team to confirm the best fit. You will be notified as you approach applicable limits, and you can upgrade when your business grows.
