AI Operator is being released gradually, so eligible customers may receive access at different times.
You do not need to request access. If AI Operator is not available in your account yet, it may simply mean your account has not been included in the current rollout phase. We’ll notify you when access is available for your account.
Seller 365 Rollout
AI Operator began rolling out to existing Seller 365 customers on September 8, 2026.
Access will continue expanding to additional existing and new Seller 365 customers in phases as the rollout progresses over the next couple of weeks.
Standalone Product Rollout
Eligible standalone customers will receive access after the initial Seller 365 rollout.
Standalone access will also be released gradually across supported products, so not every eligible customer will receive AI Operator at the same time.
Currently supported standalone products include:
Tactical Arbitrage
InventoryLab
SmartRepricer
FeedbackWhiz
Access timing may vary by product and account.
Why Does Someone Else Have Access Before Me?
Another customer having AI Operator before you does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your account.
AI Operator is being enabled for groups of customers at different stages of the rollout. Even customers using the same products may receive access at different times.
There is no need to sign up or request early access. If your account is eligible, AI Operator will become available as the rollout continues. We’ll send you an email when your access is ready.
