If your items are not importing or syncing correctly in ExportYourStore, it may be due to the language settings in your Amazon Seller Central account.
When feed processing reports are set to a language other than English, the system may not correctly interpret the data, which can cause syncing or import issues.
What this means
Feed reports are generated in a non-English language
ExportYourStore cannot properly read or process the report data
Products may fail to import or sync correctly
Why this happens
Amazon allows feed processing reports in multiple languages
ExportYourStore relies on English-based report structures for accurate parsing
Mismatched language settings can lead to data errors or incomplete syncing
Step-by-Step Guide:
Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
Go to the Settings menu in the top right corner, and click Account Info.
In the Business Information section, click on Language for feed processing report.
From the drop-down menu, select English as your preferred language.
Click Submit to save the changes.
What happens next
Feed reports will be generated in English
ExportYourStore will be able to correctly interpret the data
Product syncing and imports should function properly
