How to Activate the Seller 365 Pro Free Reimbursements Service

To activate the free reimbursement service, follow this step-by-step guide:

  1. Log in to your Threecolts Hub Account.

  2. On your home page, find the VIP Features section, and click Activate on Free Reimbursements.

  3. To activate the free reimbursement service, follow these three simple steps to grant us limited access to your Amazon Seller Central account:

    1. Connect Your Amazon Account via API

      This allows us to securely access your Amazon Seller Central account and manage reimbursement requests on your behalf.

    2. Add Us as an Authorized Partner

      Amazon will generate a unique link for you to add us as an authorized partner. Simply follow the link and complete the authorization process.

    3. Approve & Set Permissions

      Go to your Amazon Seller Central account, approve our invitation, and adjust the user permissions to allow us to manage reimbursements for you.

  4. Click Get Started to proceed.

Step 1: Connect Your Amazon Account via API

  1. Click Connect for each region where you have an active Seller Central account.

  2. You will be redirected to Seller Central where you have to authorize the connection. Click the checkbox to authorize and then click Confirm.

  3. After you authorize, you will see that you have connected your Amazon account via API (you may need to refresh the page for it to show). Click Next to continue.

Step 2: Add Us as an Authorized Partner

  1. In Seller Central, navigate to Settings > User Permissions.

  2. Select Authorized Partners and click Add Authorized Partner.

  3. Copy the generated one-time invitation link.

  4. Paste it below, and click Next.

Step 3: Approve & Set Permissions

  1. Go back to Seller Central > Settings > User Permissions.

  2. Navigate to Open Invitations in the top left.


  3. Select Authorized Partners. Look for "Threecolts" or "DimeTyd" and click on Accept Invitation.


  4. Once you accept, navigate to User Management.

  5. Click on Authorized Partners.

  6. Click on the name, and a new window will open where you can edit User Permissions.

  7. Click Save Changes.

  8. At this point, the activation is finalized. You can now add more regions to your setup.

After your invitation has been accepted, you'll see that the Free Reimbursement feature is now Active. You’re all set to have our team start finding your reimbursement opportunities and claim your money back!

If your process is interrupted, there is no issue, as you can easily continue with it. Just click Resume Activation on the VIP Features section in your Threecolts hub account, and you will continue from where you left off.
