How to Provide Seller Central Access for the Seller 365 Pro Reimbursements Service

In order to use the Seller 365 Pro free reimbursements service, you’ll need to provide Threecolts with certain permissions in your Seller Central account. Here's how to do it:

Once you click through the activation your reimbursements service in your Threecolts Launcher:

  1. In Seller Central, navigate to Settings > User Permissions.


  2. Navigate to Open Invitations in the top left.


  3. Select Authorized Partners. Look for "Threecolts" or "DymeTyd" and click on Accept Invitation.


  4. Once you accept, navigate to User Management.


  5. Click on Authorized Partners

  6. Click on the name, and a new window will open, where you can edit User Permissions.


  7. Select the below options for permissions.

    Inventory (Inbound Claims and FC Transfers)
    - Inventory Planning - View & Edit
    - Manage FBA Inventory Shipments - View & Edit

    Orders
    - Manage Orders - View & Edit

    Performance
    - Selling Partner App Store - View & Edit

    Reports
    - Business Reports, Sales Summary - View & Edit
    - Payments - View & Edit

    - Business Reports (B2B), Sales Summary - View
    - Fulfillment Reports - View

    Settings
    - Fulfillment by Amazon - View & Edit

    - Manage Your Cases - View & Edit

  8. Click Save Changes.
