Subscribing
If you already have a Threecolts account, log in to Hub. Otherwise, go straight to step 2.
Open the ScoutIQ signup page. If you logged into your existing account above, go straight to Step 3. If you don't have a Threecolts account yet, follow steps a and b below.
You can create an account with Google or Apple, or by entering your email address:
If you choose to enter an email address, you will also create and confirm a password now.
Tip: Be sure to use the 👁️ icon to view the password you have created to ensure there are no typos!
Once you have filled out your name and password, click the Continue button.
Choose your payment period using the Monthly or Yearly button. Then click Subscribe under your preferred plan, Live or LivePro (see ScoutIQ Plans & Pricing for help choosing).
Now enter your payment information. If you chose the LivePro plan, add any desired seats for additional users. Then click Start your free trial.
You will arrive on a Congratulations screen confirming your ScoutIQ account is now active. Click Go to ScoutIQ. This will take you to your ScoutIQ admin account in a new tab, while the old tab will stay open and redirect to Threecolts Hub so you can manage your account.
If you just created your Threecolts account, check your Inbox or Spam folder for a confirmation email from Threecolts with the subject line “Confirm Your Email Address.” Open it and click Confirm Your Email to finish your registration:
