How to fix Vestiaire Collective sync errors or failed sync status?

If your products fail to sync to Vestiaire Collective, you may see errors like:

Why This Happens

This error usually means your shipping address (deposit form) is incomplete on Vestiaire.

📌 Vestiaire requires sellers to complete certain details manually before listings can be published.


How to Fix It

  1. Export your product as Draft from ExportYourStore

  2. Log in to your Vestiaire Collective account

  3. Open the Draft listing

  4. Check and complete your shipping address / deposit form

  5. Save and publish the listing

📌 Shipping address details can only be filled manually on Vestiaire.


Other Common Sync Errors

If you encounter other errors such as:

  • Invalid Value

  • Failed Sync Status

These are usually caused by:

  • Missing product information

  • Incorrect settings

  • Account limitations


How to Fix Other Errors

If your issue is not related to shipping, it may be caused by missing or invalid product data.
