How to fix TikTok sync errors or failed sync status?

If your products fail to sync to TikTok, it is usually due to missing or invalid shipping settings or required marketplace fields.

One common error you may see is:

"Identifier code already entered, cannot enter the same code twice. The shipping template is missing for warehouse 7620454008432051982. Please add a shipping template."


Why This Happens

This error occurs when your TikTok shop does not have a shipping template assigned to your warehouse.

Without a shipping profile, TikTok cannot process or publish your listings.


How to Fix the Shipping Template Error

  1. Select an existing shipping profile
    OR create a new one for your warehouse

  2. Save your changes

  3. Go back to ExportYourStore and re-export your listings

📌 Once the shipping template is set, the sync should complete successfully.


Other Common Sync Errors

If your issue is not related to shipping, it may be caused by missing or invalid product data.

You can fix these by using Export with AI or Fix with AI which detects and corrects missing or invalid values.


If the Issue Persists

Some errors may be account-specific (e.g., restrictions, permissions, or incomplete setup).

If the problem continues:

  • Contact ExportYourStore Customer Support support via the in-app messenger

  • Provide the error message for faster assistance
