With ExportYourStore, you can import products from your source marketplace and cross-list them to Etsy while keeping inventory synced.
Before You Begin
Before exporting products to Etsy, make sure:
Step 1: Create a Shipping Profile on Etsy
📌 If you already have a shipping profile, you can skip to Step 2.
Shipping profiles determine how shipping costs are applied to your listings.
To create one:
Log in to Etsy
Go to Shop Manager
Open Settings > Shipping Settings > Shipping Profiles
Click Add a Shipping Profile
Enter your shipping details
Save the profile
Important
Sellers in the US or Canada can use calculated shipping
If using calculated shipping, make sure your products have:
Weight
Length
Width
Height
Step 2: Connect the Shipping Profile in ExportYourStore
Go to Channels Page in ExportYourStore
Click Settings under your Etsy store
Select your shipping profile
Click Save
📌 If your shipping profile does not appear, you may need to refresh or manually reconnect it.
Also note that when “Someone Else” is selected under the “Who made” section, Etsy requires you to provide details about the partners involved (similar to specifying a manufacturer). You can set up and manage these partners in the Rules section.
Step 3: Create a Return Policy on Etsy
A return policy is required before listing products on Etsy.
To create one:
Go to Shop Manager
Open Settings > Policy Settings
Click Create Policy
Fill in your return details
Save the policy
Once saved, it can be reused for future listings.
Step 4: Export Your Products
After setup is complete:
Go to your Products page
Select the products you want to list
Click Export
You can also use Export with AI to automatically fix required values before listing.
