Go to Products in your dashboard.
Make sure the correct target store is selected.
This ensures your listings are exported to the right place.
Step 2: Check Product Status
Before exporting, make sure your product shows Ready, your listings are properly set up, and all categories are mapped. You can map categories using AI or follow the common fixes guide below:
SKU missing → Add a unique or correct the SKU.
Category not mapped → Map the product to the correct category.
Missing item specifics → Fill in required product details.
Fixing these ensures your export goes smoothly.
Step 3: Choose Your Export Method
Option A: Standard Export (Manual)
Use this for exporting individual products quickly.
Steps:
Select a product.
Click EXPORT.
Result: The product status becomes Listed & Synced, and future updates will sync automatically.
💡 Tip: Export one test product first to check everything is correct.
Option B: Export with AI (Recommended for Improved Listings)
Use Export with AI to automatically validate and enhance your product before export.
AI checks:
Missing fields
Attribute suggestions
Marketplace-specific corrections
Steps:
Open a product.
Click Export with AI.
Click Fix with AI in the popup.
Review suggestions.
Confirm export.

Option C: Bulk Export with AI (For Multiple Listings)

Steps:
AI fixes listings automatically.
Listings are exported without individual review popups.

Step 4: Use Bulk Selection Tools
Select all products → Select every product in the list.
Select current page → Select only visible products.
Deselect all → Remove all selections.
Then use the Bulk Action Export button to export the selected listings.

Once enabled:
AI validates and fixes listings automatically.
Products are exported without manual review.
Updates continue to sync automatically.

Step 6: Verify Exported Listings
After export, check your listings:
Item ID → Opens the source and target listing.
Update button → Push updates manually if needed.
