How to Auto-Export Products

ExportYourStore allows you to automatically export your listings to connected marketplaces, saving time and reducing manual work.

Updated yesterday

Auto-export can be enabled directly from Sync Settings, and you can also use an AI-powered add-on to automatically prepare listings for target marketplaces.

The screenshot below shows where to switch ON automatic exporting to your target marketplace.

✅ Once enabled, any imported listings from your source store or new listings will automatically be exported to your connected target marketplaces.

AI-Powered Auto-Export (Optional Add-On)

You can enhance auto-export with the AI Auto-Export add-on, which automatically fixes required values for target marketplaces.

What it does:

  • Automatically fills missing or required fields (e.g., titles, descriptions, categories)

  • Ensures listings meet marketplace standards

  • Reduces errors and rejected listings

  • Saves significant time for large inventories

How to Enable AI Auto-Export

  1. Ensure the Unlimited AI Listing Enhancement add-on is added to your account

  2. Go to Sync Settings

  3. Enable the Automatically export listings with AI option

  4. Confirm your settings

📌 Tip: AI Auto-Export is especially useful when exporting to marketplaces with strict listing requirements like eBay, Depop, Vinted or Grailed.

How Auto-Export Works

  • Once enabled, ExportYourStore monitors your listings for changes

  • New or updated listings are queued for export

  • If AI Auto-Export is enabled, required fields are automatically corrected before submission

  • Listings are then published to your target marketplaces without additional manual steps

Best Practices

  • Enable Auto-Export for high-volume catalogs to save time

  • Use AI Auto-Export for marketplaces that enforce strict listing requirements

  • Regularly review exported listings to ensure data quality

  • Combine with Inventory Sync for accurate stock levels across all marketplaces
