Adjusted Price Filter

Learn how Adjusted Price works in Tactical Arbitrage.

Updated this week

The Adjusted Price is calculated by starting with the Source Price (the price of the product at the online store) and then applying any adjustments you’ve set for your scan. This includes:

  • Discounts (such as store-wide or category-specific discounts)

  • Cashback

  • Giftcard

  • Sales tax (if applicable)

  • Prep and Shipping (if applied)

This gives you a more realistic view of what the item will actually cost you after all expenses and savings are considered. It helps you make better buying decisions by showing accurate profit and ROI based on your true cost.

Add Discounts and Promotions Before Scanning

You can toggle on the adjusted price setting to add discount, cashback, giftcard, and taxes.

Click Adjustments to change the setting.

Note: Change here will update the global setting but you can always customize the setting before and after the scan.

Update Adjusted Price Post-Scan

Forgot to add a discount before scanning? No worries! You can easily update the adjusted price afterward directly on your Results page.

  1. Simply click the price tag icon at the top right of your page to access the adjustment options.

  2. Adjust the discounts, prep, and shipping details as needed, then click Update All Entries to apply the changes.

  3. You can see your Adjusted Price under Product Details in the yellow box. Hover over the box to view the detailed calculation.
