There may be a time when you are listing or researching a product with offers that have not yet been updated in Amazon's SP-API, which is the system we use to communicate with them as a third party.

In this instance, you will see the following message in the Offers window in Scout, List, and Scoutify:

To see all of the current offers available, click the Amazon.com hyperlink in the message to open a new tab showing the item on Amazon.

Once Amazon's API has updated with the offers, they will be available to view in the Offers window in InventoryLab and Scoutify.
