Google Spreadsheet Created From ScoutX Won't Load

If you attempt to create a Google Spreadsheet using ScoutX, but it fails to load, your Google refresh token may be missing. Follow the steps below to generate a new token.

  1. Visit this link and ensure the Google account displayed in the top right is correct.
    ​

  2. Remove the access to ScoutX.
    ​

  3. In ScoutX, disconnect your Google Account.
    ​

  4. Connect it again with new access approval.
    ​

  5. Attempt to create new spreadsheet.
