FAQs

What information does InventoryLab make available for SmartRepricer?

InventoryLab makes the Current, Average, and Maximum Cost/Unit for your Active MSKUs that have on-hand or inbound quantities available for SmartRepricer to sync. You will choose which cost you would like to sync in your SmartRepricer settings.

If you have recorded multiple costs for an MSKU and choose the Cost Type setting in SmartRepricer to Current Cost, the cost of the Active Replenishment Row will be used.

How often will SmartRepricer sync my data?

Your cost/unit information will update near real-time as you submit batch information or update buy costs in your Inventory pages. Outside of those times, your data will sync every 24 hours.

The most recent Min/Max price entered for an MSKU while listing in InventoryLab will be synced. You must also have a strategy with Min/Max set up within SmartRepricer.

What if I want to stop syncing my data?

To stop syncing your data, turn the integration Off in InventoryLab. Your data will immediately stop syncing.
