While listing, you can enter the minimum and maximum prices your items will sell for.
Entering Min/Max Pricing While Listing
When creating a new batch, you can choose a min/max option for it. These options include not capturing this data at all, sending it to Amazon, or saving it within InventoryLab.
The options for Min/Max Preference are:
Do not capture - No min/max pricing will be captured, and the fields to enter this info will not be available to fill out when adding items to batches.
Send to Amazon - The min/max price information will be captured and sent over to Seller Central to fill out the details within your Manage All Inventory page. If you use the repricing that Amazon provides, then this feature will help by setting your min/max pricing, but if you haven't already opted into the repricing there, it will not trigger it. This setting will also make the min/max prices available to share with Seller Snap or SmartRepricer. Another major advantage of this setting is that it can prevent high pricing errors.
Save to InventoryLab - The min/max pricing can still be entered as you list, but it will not be sent to Seller Central at all. Instead, this data is saved under List > Closed Batches and can be exported as needed. This setting will also make the min/max prices available to share with Seller Snap or SmartRepricer.
If you change your mind after creating your batch, you can always change this setting. Click the kebab menu (three dots) next to your batch name under Open Batches.
Select Edit Batch Information from the menu.
You can then change the Min/Max Preference.
Be sure to click Save to save your new preference.
As long as the min/max setting is not set to “Do not capture” for a batch, you will see the option to enter your minimum and maximum price during the Find It step, under Purchase Information.
Note: Please keep in mind that Minimum Price cannot be greater than List price and Maximum Price cannot be lower than List price.
Whenever you capture this information, it will be stored with the batch when it is closed or completed. To view it, click History in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Choose the Completed Batches or Closed Batches tab.
Click on your batch once you locate it, then click the kebab menu in the far upper right. Choose Export Pricing Details. (You can also export this information within a BQool Repricing Central file.)
The Pricing Details file will include the following details:
ASIN
MSKU
List Price
Cost/Unit
Date (purchase date)
Min Price
Max Price
