After starting a batch, you can search for items to add from the Amazon Catalog.
If you don't already have your batch open, click on the Open Batch you want to add the item to on the left side of the screen.
Click into the search bar. Scan the item's barcode or enter its ASIN, Title, or UPC. You can also just search for a keyword.
The search results will appear on the screen with the channel (UNLISTED, MFN, FBA, or AMAZON) displayed next to the item. Any result with UNLISTED, MFN, or FBA set as the channel is already part of your Inventory. Any result with AMAZON as the channel is an Amazon catalog result.
The items on the list from a product search show the following information:
Product Title
ASIN
Category
Rank
Number of Offers
Product Alerts: If applicable, the Amazon Restricted Product Alert will display if turned on in Settings. The Hazmat Product Alert will display if Amazon categorizes an item as dangerous goods. These two alerts are shown in the screenshot below.
On FBA, MFN, and UNLISTED results, you will also be notified how many MSKUs you have matching the ASIN in your Inventory.
Click the arrow on the right side next to the item to view product research info and enter your Purchase Information and Product Information.
Note: If the MSKU is already in your inventory, you will be asked if you want to replenish the item first. For more details, see How to Replenish an Existing MSKU.
Enter the Purchase Information and Product Information, then click Add to Batch. For help on filling out these fields, see the following guides:
