See customer feedback and email activity directly in Order Manager.

Order Manager allows you to see customer feedback and email activity directly within each order.

If Seller Central integration is enabled, feedback received for an order will appear in the Feedback column. Star ratings indicate feedback has been left. Click on the stars to view the customer’s comments.

A blue email icon next to an order indicates that one or more emails have been sent. Click the blue email icon to view the email history associated with that order.

This helps you quickly confirm feedback details and whether follow-up emails have already been sent.
