How to Request Removal of Negative Feedback

Learn how to request removal of negative seller feedback through Amazon.

Amazon allows sellers to request removal of certain types of feedback if it meets their removal guidelines

.

You can submit a feedback removal request directly from your main navigation bar:

1. Go to Feedbacks > Feedback Manager.

2. Locate the negative feedback you want removed.

3. Click the dropdown arrow on the right side of the entry.

4. Select Contact Amazon Seller Support.

You will be redirected to Amazon Seller Central.

6. Navigate to Selling on Amazon > Customers and Orders.

7. Paste the Order ID into the search box and click Search.

6. Select Customer Feedback Removal Request.

After submitting the request, wait for Amazon to email you with the status of the removal.

If you are an FBA seller and the feedback relates only to fulfillment issues (such as shipping delays or packaging problems), you may request removal through Amazon Customer Service, as these issues are handled by Amazon.
