Buyer Blacklist and Buyer Opt-Out

Manage buyer opt-out and Do Not Solicit (DNS) settings in Order Manager.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

FeedbackWhiz can detect customers who have opted-out of emails if you have set up your Seller Central Notification Integration.

You can check if an order is opted out from the Order Manager page.

Next to the buyer’s name, look for a red “O” icon. If the red “O” appears, it means the buyer has opted out of receiving emails.

FeedbackWhiz will always send one email for campaigns. If an opt-out is detected, the order will be marked with a red "O" and no other emails will be sent to this order.

You also have the option to manually blacklist orders or buyers if you do not want emails to be sent.

To blacklist an order:
1. Go to the Order Manager page.

2. Find the orders using the search bar you want to blacklist first.

3. Then click the grey boxes of the order(s) you want to blacklist.

4. Click the top left box carrot button to expand a drop-down, and select Mark Do Not Solicit for order/buyer.

Do Not Solicit (DNS) – Order

Blocks all emails from being sent for that specific order.

Do Not Solicit (DNS) – Buyer

Blocks all emails from being sent to that buyer, including the current order and any future orders placed by that customer.

To remove Do Not Solicit (DNS), repeat the steps above and select Remove DNS.

If you need to apply DNS to multiple buyers or orders at once, refer to How to Blacklist Buyers or Orders in Bulk. For automatic DNS rules via email, see How to Automatically Mark Orders as Do Not Solicit via Email.
