Product Custom Short Titles allow you to set up customized names for your products.
This field is mainly used in email templates.
Go to the Product Manager
You can see the "Custom Short Title" section inside the Product Manager as seen above.
Make sure to click on the "+" icon to add the short title.
You can add a custom short title by typing it in and clicking "Save Settings"
