Library Search is built for book sellers. It scans book websites and Amazon book lists, compares prices with Amazon, and shows which books are worth reselling.
Note: Library Search scans books only. To find other products, use Product Search or Reverse Search.
Using TA Classic? See Library Search Guide.
Step 1: Set up your search
Click Library Search in the left sidebar, then click Find Products.
Under How would you like your search to perform?, select an option:
Efficient (Recommended): Includes saved results and matches books by ISBN. Faster, with results up to 10 days old.
Online: Scans websites in real time for the latest book prices. Takes longer.
Custom: Click Change, choose Online only or Online & Offline, set Results up to (12 hours to 10 days), then click Use these settings.
Under Where do you want to source and sell products?, select Sourcing from and Selling at. Currencies convert automatically.
Click Next step.
Note: Saved results are faster, but prices may be out of date and some promotions may be missed. Choose Online when you need current prices.
Step 2: Choose what to scan
Under Find books to buy and resell, select a search type.
Import Bulk Files: Upload a file for a larger search.
Select Specific Codes to upload ASINs, ISBNs, or UPCs, or Category List to upload up to 500 category links from one website.
Click Upload CSV / XLS / XLSX and select your file.
Quick Search: Check up to 100 books at once.
Select Specific Codes and enter up to 100 ASINs, ISBNs, or UPCs, or select Keyword and enter a book title or topic.
Category Search: Scan a category on a book website or an Amazon Best Sellers list.
Select Website category, choose a website, paste a category link from that website, and set the Pages range.
Or select Amazon Best Sellers and choose a category under Level 1.
Tip: Click Price adjustments to adjust the source prices used in profit calculations.
