SmartRepricer's reports help you monitor and refine your strategies to maximize your performance. You can generate them as Excel files with just one click.
To create or access your reports, open Reports in the menu on the left.
This reveals three options:
Create Report: Choose from a list of 10 possible reports to generate.
My Reports: Access your reports. Check whether recently requested reports are finished or still processing.
Pricing Errors: This page is only for users who have integrated with SellerRunning. If you send high pricing errors from SellerRunning to SmartRepricer, you will be able to view and resolve them here.
Create Report
Here, you can generate reports on your inventory and sales performance.
For example, you can:
See which of your products has the Buy Box, the strategies associated with them, units sold, costs, and profits.
Obtain separate reports for your products that reach the minimum or maximum price.
See your best-selling products and their sales histories.
The following reports are available:
Product Report: A general overview of your entire inventory.
Minimum Price Products: A list of products that are currently at their min price. Includes details like the strategy used, cost, min and max price, and whether they won the Buy Box to help you weigh the cost against the benefit.
Maximum Priced Products: A list of products that are currently at their max price. Contains the same data per product shown as the Minimum Price Products report.
Top-selling Products: Insights into your best-selling items. You can choose to get a report from the last 3, 7, 15, or 30 days. The report will provide data on that period compared to the previous period, e.g. if you select 7 days, it will compare the last week against the week before.
Sales Report by Strategy: Analyze sales by your applied repricing strategies to find out which ones are delivering the best results.
Product Profitability Analysis: Review the profitability and revenue of individual products.
BuyBox Stats: A detailed breakdown of Buy Box performance. Covers your high, low, and average prices for each of your products that won the Buy Box, and provides the same numbers for your competitors' wins.
Non BuyBox Eligible ASINs: Details on which of your products have been ineligible for the Buy Box over the last three days, comparing their prices to those of the Buy Box winners.
Sold Products that lost the Buybox: Clues as to why items that sold previously are no longer winning the Buy Box.
Order received when Buybox is on other sellers: A report on orders fulfilled while another seller held the Buy Box, including a price comparison.
Note: Most of our reports were created based on customer requests. If you need a report that you don't see here, please start a live chat or reach out from our Contact page to let us know!
Click Generate Report under any report you'd like to see.
You will then be asked to choose from the stores you have added to SmartRepricer. You can click into the Select an Amazon Marketplace box to add a store or click the x next to any store name to remove it. Alternatively, if you want a report on all your stores at once, activate the All Marketplaces toggle.
Top-selling Products and Orders received when Buybox is on other sellers will also let you choose the report's timeframe. Click on the Report Date dropdown to select from the last 3, 7, 15, or 30 days.
Once you're happy with your choices, click Generate Report.
The report will begin generating right away. You'll see the notice below stating that the report is processing, and that when it is finished, you'll receive a copy of it by email. It will show the email address it's sending it to in bold.
Click Ok to continue.
Please note that if you have a lot of ASINs, it may take some time for your report to finish generating. You can check on the report's status and/or download it directly on the My Reports screen.
My Reports
Here, you'll see all your completed and processing reports.
Reports generally finish processing within a few minutes. If a report you need is listed as Processing, try waiting for a bit and then refreshing your browser, or exiting My Reports and coming back later.
Click Download to the right of any completed report to download the Excel file and view your data. Alternatively, click Delete to get rid of any reports you no longer need.
Pricing Errors
This page will only populate with data if you have an active SellerRunning integration and at least one listing with a high pricing error. If that happens, you'll see detailed info on the listing here, including buy box and min/max pricing info to help you set a new price. You'll be able to resolve pricing errors directly from here.
