To set up Seller 365 Reimbursements, you’ll need to authorize us as a service provider on your Amazon account. Here’s how to get set up so we can start recovering the money you’re owed.
Activate Reimbursements
Log in to your Seller 365 account on Threecolts Hub. You should arrive on the Home tab as shown below. If you have a paid account, click Activate under Reimbursements.
You won’t see the option to activate Reimbursements if your account is still in its free trial. You can wait until the trial ends, or you can end your trial early by clicking Skip trial to unlock features.
If you confirm the skip decision, the trial will end immediately, the first payment will go through, and the Activate button will appear.
Either way, after clicking Activate, you’ll arrive on the screen shown below. Click Get Started.
1. Connect your Amazon account via API
Make sure you are logged in to the Amazon seller account you wish to connect as the account owner.
Click the rainbow Connect button next to the Amazon region you want to connect first.
You will be redirected to Seller Central, where you'll have to authorize the connection. Click the checkbox to authorize and then click Confirm.
You’ll briefly see a success message before returning to your Threecolts screen. The region you just linked will appear as Connected. Click Next to continue.
2. Add us as an Authorized Partner
Under Add us as an Authorized Partner, you can ignore the instructions, as Amazon has updated the process. Select I have no invite link to copy, then click Next.
3. Grant us access
Under Grant us access, scroll down to (2) Now open our authorisation page. Click Open Seller Central. This will take you directly to the Seller Central page for managing our permissions.

Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page and tick the checkbox for I direct Amazon to provide Threecolts access to my Selling Partner account and related data. Then click Authorize.
You’ll see a note that your authorization succeeded and that we need to confirm your service request. You can follow the link to Manage Service Requests to monitor the status of your request in Seller Central.
Return to your Threecolts setup screen and, under Tell us your exact Seller Central name, enter your seller account name. Be sure to enter it precisely as it appears in Seller Central so our team can activate your account ASAP.
Choose your business type from the options provided.
Tick the checkbox for I’ve authorized the request and switched on the permissions stated above. Then click Complete Reimbursement Activation.
Our team will receive a notification that you have completed setup and will confirm your request on Amazon ASAP.
You’ll arrive on a success screen showing your connected region.
If that isn’t the only region you want to connect, click Connect for the next region now.
Once you’re done connecting regions, click Exit in the upper right to return to Hub Home.
You’ll see that the Reimbursements tile has been updated. Keep an eye out for the email with the final steps!
Once setup is completed, the tile will turn green and switch to Active. Updates will be displayed here as we begin recovering the money you’re owed by Amazon.
Click anywhere on the green field, and you will be directed to your Reimbursements portal, where you can access all the information available.
If setup is interrupted, no problem. Just click Resume Activation on the VIP Features section in your Threecolts Hub account, and you will continue from where you left off.
