If you have completed a shipment using InventoryLab and purchased shipping but find that you need to make changes to it or cancel it, you will first need to void the shipping charges.

Amazon allows shipping charges to be voided within the following timeframes:
SPD shipping charges must be voided within 24 hours of purchase
LTL shipping charges must be voided within 1 hour of purchase

If you need to void a shipping label after that timeframe, you must contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Note: The following steps apply to shipping labels purchased in InventoryLab only. Shipping labels purchased in Seller Central must be voided from your Shipping Queue in Seller Central.
To void the shipping label charge for a shipment, follow the steps below:
On the List>List & Prep page in InventoryLab, click Shipments at the bottom of your open batches.
Select the shipment you want to void by clicking anywhere in the field.
Once the details page opens, click Void.
Tick the small box to confirm the action, and then select Void Shipments.
Once done, the shipment will be removed from the Active Shipments status.
