How do I start a Live Chat?

Need quick help? Learn how to start a live chat with our Customer Champions through the Support Portal or InventoryLab dashboard.

If you need immediate help, you can open a Live Chat with one of our Customer Champions!

Note: Live Chat is typically available Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM EST, and on weekends from 8 AM - 5 PM EST, but the availability time is subject to change.

How to Open a Live Chat

  1. Navigate to our Support Portal.

  2. Click the Threecolts icon at the bottom of the page.

    • If you are currently using InventoryLab, click the Menu icon in the top menu bar and select Support from the options.

  3. Select Send us a message when Willow appears.

  4. Ask for a live chat, and then confirm your request with a simple Yes.


  5. Select the product for which you need assistance.


  6. And that's it. One of our champions will contact you as soon as they're available
