How to Open a Live Chat
Navigate to our Support Portal.
Click the Threecolts icon at the bottom of the page.
If you are currently using InventoryLab, click the Menu icon in the top menu bar and select Support from the options.
Select Send us a message when Willow appears.
Ask for a live chat, and then confirm your request with a simple Yes.
Select the product for which you need assistance.
And that's it. One of our champions will contact you as soon as they're available
