Easily manage your InventoryLab subscription, payment methods, and invoices through hub.threecolts.com. Update, switch, or download anytime.

You can view your InventoryLab subscription details, update your credit card information, switch your subscription plan, and view your billing history, all from Threecolts Hub.

Updating Credit Card Info

  1. To update your credit card information, log in to hub.threecolts.com

  2. Select Payments & Invoices.

  3. Click Add payment method > Add credit card.

  4. Fill in the necessary information and then click Continue.

Switching Payment and Subscription Plans

  1. To change your subscription, log in to hub.threecolts.com

  2. Select Subscriptions.

  3. Click Change plan.

    Note: You can also click Manage > Cancel subscription to discontinue service. For details, please see How to Cancel Your Subscription.

  4. Switch your payment plan from Monthly to Yearly (or vice versa).

    • On the payment summary, you will see that you will be charged the difference (if you have already made the initial Monthly payment).

  5. Select your bundle (or a new one if you want to upgrade), and click Switch. For more information, see Seller 365 Pricing.

  6. Fill in your card information and then click Update.

  7. And now you have changed your subscription plan.

Review invoices in Threecolts Hub

  1. To review your previous billing invoices in hub.threecolts.com, log in and select Payments & Invoices.

  2. You can now see each Status, Amount, Product Name, Date Issued, Due Date, and Invoice ID.

  3. To download an invoice, click the three stacked dots at the end of each invoice, then click Download Invoice.


    Your invoice will be saved as a PDF file on your computer, which you can always print if you need to.
