While creating a batch, you may notice that the Shipping Contact cannot be edited.
It appears as a dropdown menu, but when you click on it, you will only see the current contact written out in full.
If you need to make changes, your Shipping Contact information is handled within your Threecolts Manager account. It's easy to do!
Note: We are in the process of rolling out our unified Threecolts + InventoryLab nav bar. You can currently follow the instructions below from any InventoryLab module except Inventory.
Click the Threecolts menu icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select Manager from the dropdown menu.
Click My Profile in the menu on the left side of the Threecolts Manager screen.
Update your contact information as needed. You can change your First Name, Last Name, Username, Email, Phone Number, and Timezone.
After editing the information, click Save to confirm the changes or click Cancel to go back.
Once your new contact information is saved, the updated Shipping Contact will be reflected when creating a batch.
