If you change your mind about an item in your batch and need to remove it, don't worry - it's a quick and simple process. Just follow these steps to make the adjustments!

Note: Removing an item from a batch can only be done during the Find It step. If your batch has already been moved to Box It or Ship It, you'll need to start over by closing your batch and creating a new one.

  1. If you don't already have the batch open, click on the Open Batch that you would like to remove an item from. You can find it on the far left side of the screen.

  2. Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots) next to the item and choose Remove Item.

    • A prompt will appear asking to confirm your decision to remove the item.

  3. Select OK to proceed in deleting the item from your Open Batch.

What's Next?

  • If you need to edit an item instead of deleting it, see How to Edit Items in an Open Batch.

  • Once your batch is updated, it's time to box your items! Click Next: Box It > Start Boxing My Batch when you're happy with your batch, then see our guide to assigning box contents to learn more.
