The FeedbackWhiz Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your store’s performance, including orders, feedback, sales, reviews, and campaign activity.
What the Dashboard Is Used For
You can use Dashboard to quickly:
Monitor store health
Track feedback trends
Review sales performance
Evaluate campaign results
There are 4 main graph widgets displayed in the dashboard, along with a table of statistics and a history of campaigns.
1. Time Bar
You can choose different time frames in which you want the Graphs and tables to reflect. Choose from Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Year to Date and Custom Dates. When the time frame is changed, all graphs, tables, and campaign widgets will update instantly to reflect the chosen time frame.
2. Orders Graph
Displays total orders for the selected period, including:
FBA orders
FBM orders
Related emails sent
3. Feedback Graph
Within the Feedback graph, you can monitor data on Positive, Neutral, Negative, and feedback removed.
4. Sales Graph
Displays product sales data for the selected period, including promotions.
5. Product Review Graph
Shows product review rating activity received during the selected timeframe.
6. Quick Stats Tables
Highlights key metrics such as:
Best-selling products
Most reviewed products
Repeat customers
7. Campaign History
Lists email and review request campaigns:
Active campaigns
Past campaigns
Performance results
