FeedbackWhiz Dashboard Graphs and Charts

Learn how graphs and charts work in the FeedbackWhiz dashboard and what data they display.

Updated over a week ago

The FeedbackWhiz Dashboard includes visual graphs and summary charts to help you review store performance based on your selected date range.

Graphs

The dashboard automatically generates graphs for:

  • Orders – Total FBA and FBM orders received.

  • Sales – Revenue generated during the selected period

  • Feedback – Positive, neutral, negative, and removed feedback.

  • Product Reviews – Review activity for your products.

These graphs help you quickly identify trends, such as increases in sales, drops in feedback rating, or changes in order volume.

Changing the Graph Type

Each graph can be viewed in three formats:

  • Bar

  • Line

  • Pie

To switch formats, click the graph icon in the top right corner of the graph. The data stays the same, only the visual style changes.

Charts

The Quick Stats section provides summary tables based on the selected date range. Click each tab name to switch views.

  • Best Selling – Shows the products with the highest total sales during the selected period.

  • Frequent Buyers – Shows customers who have placed the most orders with you.

  • Most Reviewed – Shows products that received the highest number of reviews during the selected period.

Important Notes

  1. All graphs and charts update automatically when you change the date range.

  2. Data reflects activity imported from your connected Amazon marketplace account.

  3. If data appears missing, confirm the correct date range is selected.
