How to use the Labels filter inside the Order Manager

Use labels in Order Manager to organize and filter your orders.

Labels help you organize and categorize orders so you can quickly filter and locate them later. You can assign custom labels to individual orders or apply them in bulk.

How to Create a Label

1. Navigate to your Order Manager page

2. Locate the order and click Edit on the right side of the order.

3. A pop-up window will appear where you can add custom labels.

You can then add up to 5 labels per order.

4. Once you have successfully added the label, you will see a green pop-up "Updated".

5. Close the pop-up and you will see the label displayed next to the order.

How to Filter Orders by Label

Once labels are added, you can use them to quickly filter and display only the orders that match a specific label.

To see orders by label, click the label you want to filter by.

When you click on the button, it will turn green and display the orders that have the label.

You can add labels in Bulk by clicking on the top left grey box to select all and clicking the carrot button to expand a drop-down menu, then selecting Bulk Edit Labels.

A pop-up will appear to Bulk edit labels.

Once you have added the labels, click on Bulk Update and close the pop-up.

If labels are not appearing as expected, refresh the page or confirm the correct orders are selected.
